“This was the worst excursion I have ever been on. Our driver Pablo was an hour late picking us up and then left us to go get other passengers when this was a private tour. He then was two hours late to picking us up and we didn’t get to complete the second half of tour.Our rafting guide Mario was the best even when all other things failed be made sure the rafting part was a great experience. After contacting the agency they only offer a twenty percent refund when clearly half of the tour wasn’t completed. Will never book with these people ever again and I don’t suggest that…”
