“When the driver came to pick me up he tried telling me that I canceled my tour. I showed him my booking and confirmation showing that I never canceled. He calls someone and after 10 minutes it was confirmed that I never canceled my excursion. When we arrived to get our wrist bands and sign in shanice was rude making rude comments. She tells me my name was not on the list because I booked late but I had a family member that booked after me and her name was on the list. It was very embarrassing will not recommend or book again”

“It took us almost 2h to get from the pick up point to the lagoon, because lots of the other guests where late and on the way there we stopped at a souvenir shop, which was very unnecessary. The lagoon itself was nice though, but the time there is very limited. It's a nice experience, but the long time to get there & back makes it very long trip for a short highlight. When you arrive at the restaurant from where the boats to the lagoon departs, it's very crowded. So you should keep in mind that there is a lot of people doing it and you can't really decide…”

“Tour guide picked us up on time. Keep in mind the tour time is not the pick up time (pick up time is much earlier if you are starting from Montego Bay). Felicia (bus tour guide and coordinator) was great! Catamaran ride was great and a lot of fun coming back. Dunns river is a bit of a tourist trap, so be ready for that. Overall a good time…wouldn’t recommend doing solo though.”

“The best thing about our experience was the tour leader, Lisa! She was absolutely the best!! She really seemed to enjoy her job and was extremely professional yet down to earth. You could hear the love she has for her country in everything she talked about. We enjoyed all aspects of the tour but wished the snorkeling could have been longer. Our boat crew were patient and helpful in teaching my family how to snorkel. The lobster was also banging! We would definitely recommend this experience!”

Dunns River Falls was absolutely killer, snorkeling was an experience as it was out first time and the party catamaran to Dunns River and back was the star. The crew on board was attentive, informative and they were the life of the party along with the other guests on board. Got off to a late start with Blue Hole and waiting, but our drivers and the company were in constant communication and went above and beyond and found a way for us to not have to wait and get us to the destination much faster than…”
